Your leaders always know the next move.
All of your operations in one place.
What you get, what it costs, and what we handle so you do not have to.
One sign-in.
One roster.
One set of numbers.
Every part of the restaurant reads the same information.
Before the rest of it, here is what all of it is for.
One place your leaders run the day from, on the phone already in their pocket.
Station setups built from the roster you already publish, shift checklists, cleaning, waste and donations, equipment and temperature checks, and the overnight thaw.
What to cut today and where, month-end profit projected off your own figures, food cost, and the safe and cashier counts.
Every team member's record in one place — evaluations, documentation, the points system — plus onboarding a new hire sends themselves through, your own training paths, and where each leader is on the development ladder.
The walkthrough on a rota that names who is doing it, and the quality sweep scored checkpoint by checkpoint.
Rocks, the quarterly scorecard, the issues list, the Level 10 run from inside the Hub, and the quarterly IPO list tracked against who owns it.
Every station assigned for every part of the day, built from the roster you already publish. Leaders stop rebuilding the board by hand each morning, and anyone can see where they are from their phone. Moving people mid-shift is two taps — tap a person, tap where they go, they swap.
The board is the thing a shift runs on, so it is the thing most worth not doing twice.
It builds the week for you, from your projected sales. Busier day, more people on. Quieter Tuesday, fewer. It reads everyone's availability, who is certified on which station, time off already approved, and your own rules — no more than twelve hours in a day, ten hours off between shifts, minors inside their limits. Then it writes the schedule and shows you what it cost before you post it.
Your team sees their own shifts on their phone. They put a shift up, somebody else picks it up, and a clean swap goes through on its own if you let it. The daily board updates itself so nobody is standing at a station that changed hands last night.
The week that used to take a director most of a day comes back in a few minutes, priced against the sales you actually expect.
On the dashboard it reads: Cut ~17 hrs today — Drive Thru ~6, Front Counter ~3, Back ~8. That is your budget against what is actually on the schedule, by day and by part of the day, priced at your own wage. Before each daypart the leader running that area gets an alert with their own slice of it.
Labor gets managed during the shift instead of explained after payroll has run.
Month-end net profit projected from your own numbers. Most lines hold at your year-to-date average; food, paper and labor update from what you enter daily, and those are the three that actually move the result.
You see where the month is heading with time left to change it, instead of finding out when the FCR arrives.
The quarterly list worked and tracked in the Hub, with what is done, what is not, and who is on it.
The list stops living in a spreadsheet nobody opens between visits.
Store-specific training: the paths and modules YOUR store writes, worked through on a phone, with where each person has got to. Leadership 101 and trainer orientation run in here too, including the quizzes.
Pathway still does the corporate training and is not replaced. This is for the things only your store teaches, which today live in somebody's head or a binder.
Your leadership roster and where each person is on the path: coaching notes, who is ready for the next step, and the pipeline behind them. Internal applications for leadership openings run start to finish in the Hub — posted, applied for, reviewed and decided — and Leadership 101 and trainer orientation run from here too.
Succession stops being a conversation somebody has to remember, and an application stops being a form on a clipboard that nobody can find later.
Every team member's record in one place — role, status, evaluations, documentation, the points system, approved drivers and PTO. Evaluations are assigned, completed and approved before anything reaches a file.
One record per person instead of a folder, a spreadsheet and somebody's memory.
A link you send a new hire. They work through their ID, uniform, shoes, Slack, HotSchedules and getting the Hub on their phone, from their own phone, before they ever come in. No login needed, because they do not have one yet.
Orientation starts with the paperwork already done, and you can see who has finished and who has not without asking.
Food safety on a rota that names who is doing it, and the quality sweep scored checkpoint by checkpoint.
They happen because somebody is named, and there is a record when anybody asks what you found and when.
Shift checklists ticked off on a phone, with who did them and at what time.
No paper to find, and 'it was done' becomes something you can actually check.
Rocks, the quarterly scorecard, the issues list and the Level 10 meeting run from inside the Hub, off the same numbers everything else uses.
The meeting stops needing somebody to build a deck from four places the night before.
Food safety and quality, daily cleaning, waste and donations, equipment and temperature checks, thaw allocation, supply ordering and pars, cash and safe audits, guest experience scores, facilities and work orders, the trainer rota, the business scorecard, uniform ordering, and your own team site for announcements and documents.
One sign-in for all of it. That is the return that is hardest to put a number on and the one leaders notice first.
All of it is ours to run and ours to pay for. Nothing here bills you.
Runs the site and your web address. Every screen your team opens is served from here.
Workers Paid. Covers 10 million requests, far more than a single store uses.
Your database and file storage. Every roster record, every board, every uploaded document lives here.
Your store gets a project of its own that holds no other store's records. It is never pooled and never shared.
Somewhere for the Hub to post reminders, alerts and the morning digest.
A single channel the Hub can post into is enough — you do not need to build a new team space for it. Everything the Hub sends is built on Slack today. If your team runs on GroupMe instead, say so up front and we will look at it for you.
Sends the emails the Hub generates, like a completed evaluation going to a director.
Sends the Hub's email — completion notices, reports, anything that lands in an inbox.
Fires the scheduled jobs. Without it there is no morning digest and no food safety rota post.
The Hub uses this rather than Cloudflare's own scheduler.
Something like yourstorehub.com, so the Hub never shows a provider's address on a shared iPad.
We register it and point it at your Hub. Nothing for you to buy, renew or remember.
Something like yourstorehub.com. Your team will type it for years, so pick the short one.
A store address rather than a personal one, so it outlives whoever set it up.
Typed here, these only fill in the email at the bottom. Nothing is saved and nothing is sent until you hit send.
We open and hold the accounts the Hub runs on, register the address, stand the whole thing up and host it. You never fill in a signup form, you never chase a separate bill and you never see a bill from any of them — hosting is included in the upkeep. What happens to your team’s records is set out in the agreement above.
Nothing on this page is a task waiting on you.
Your roster, your stations and hours, your goals, your mission and values. You type them once, in your own Hub, at whatever pace suits you. Hand it a HotSchedules export or your team list and it reads the file and tells you straight away if something is wrong with it.
No files emailed back and forth, and no waiting on us to key them in.
We go through the full list with you when you are being set up, item by item, and we do the first month alongside you. Nobody is handed a page of homework and left to it.
Financials, HR and Leadership Development are the three where getting it wrong costs you something real, so they are not left to a walkthrough video. We sit down with whoever owns each one, on their own, and work through their actual numbers and their actual people rather than a demo.
Everything else your team picks up by using it. These three we teach.
Accounts opened and connected, your store's roster and stations loaded, your Hub standing up at your own web address.
The one-time exports listed above, so nothing you open on day one is blank.
Financials first. We sit with whoever owns each number and set the rhythm for what gets entered daily, weekly and at month end.
Roster, roles, evaluations, onboarding and the documents your team signs. Worked through with whoever owns HR, on your own people.
Leadership development paths, and the scorecard, rocks, issues and to-dos your leadership team runs its week on.
The rest of the store starts using it. Setups, checklists, walkthroughs and training move onto the Hub and off paper.
We go through your first full month with you, fix what did not fit your store, and train on anything the team worked around.
We are alongside you for all seven. Nobody is handed a login and left to it.
Yours is not a copy of ours with our name on it. It carries your store's name and your logo everywhere your team sees it, from the sign-in screen to the icon on their phone.
Ours is Gate City Hub. Most stores use their own name and the word Hub, but it is yours to pick. It is what your team says out loud, so shorter is better.
Send whatever you already have and we will fit it. If you do not have one, we draw you something simple and you say yes or no to it. Nothing on this page is a template you have to live with.
Tell us on the setup call, or put both in the email below.
These are not switched on by default. Two of them carry somebody's money or their time off, so nobody should get one because a page listed it.
Say no to either and nothing is built. Neither can be switched on later without your rules for it.
Tracks each period's pool and what every eligible leader earned, off your own FCR numbers.
Needs your plan's rules: who qualifies, what triggers a payout and how the pool is worked out. No two operators do this the same way, so there is nothing to copy from ours.
Balances by person by year, plus what has been requested and taken.
Needs your current balances to start from, however you keep them today. Most operators have this in a spreadsheet.
The Hub works without any of them. Say yes only to what you would actually use.
The page your team opens for announcements, handbooks, forms and who is who. Ours is called Peak Reachers.
Yours would carry your name, your values and your documents. Nothing of ours appears on it.
Splitting your people into named teams, so leadership development, goals and recognition are tracked per team rather than one flat list.
This is a Gate City thing — ours feed Peak Reachers. Most stores do not run teams and the Hub works without them, so nothing here assumes you do. If you want it, we build it around whatever your teams actually are rather than copying ours.
Plain-English write-ups of your own numbers: what moved this week, what is off goal and what it points at. Written from your data, not a template.
This one is optional and the Hub works without it. It needs an Anthropic account of your own and it bills per use rather than monthly, so it is the one cost that moves with how much you use it.
One more we collect on the setup call: who is paid off the floor each day — office, training — and for how many hours. It is the difference between a labor budget that matches your store and one that matches ours.
Built on your numbers, not a demo.
We quote your one-time install and your monthly upkeep first, so you know what it costs before you decide anything. Then we do the setup. Your roster on your board, your labor, your month. What you open is your own store, not a screenshot of ours.
Either side can stop with 30 days' notice. You get a full export before the last day, and your data goes with you.
Your team's records live in a database that belongs to your store and holds no other store. Ask any time and you get a full export in a readable format, no reason needed. If we stop working together it goes with you, and your web address stays yours. The software is ours, licensed to your store for as long as we work together, and we host it.
You send us the exports and we build it. You are not standing this up yourself between shifts, and you are not learning a configuration screen to find out whether it works for your store.
One email is the whole next step. We come back to you with what it would cost for your store and what your Hub would look like. Your roster, your stations and your goals go in afterwards, in your own Hub, at whatever pace suits you.
The terms your store accepts by acknowledging this page, in plain words. The same terms every store gets.
